This page applies to the public InnerGrove Psychiatry website. It is not a clinical Notice of Privacy Practices. Clinical privacy documents are provided through the patient intake and portal process.
Information submitted through this website
This website does not include a general contact form. Visitors may choose to call, send email, or follow links to the new-patient screening and the secure patient portal. Please do not include clinical details in ordinary email.
External services
The new-patient screening opens in Google Forms, and the current-patient link opens the Charm Patient Portal. Those services operate outside this website and may have their own privacy and security terms.
Website analytics
This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. Web Analytics is enabled from the Cloudflare Pages dashboard and does not change the clinical communication process.
Medical information and relationship
Website content is general information and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. Browsing this site or sending an ordinary email does not create a physician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after the practice completes its intake and acceptance process.
